A: Generally .15-20 days for pvc moulds. 25-30 days for eva moulds after receiveing advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order .

A:Yes. We can produce by your samples or technical drawings . We can show you the 1:1 wooden dummy before mould making .

For machine. We produce shoe machine(PVC, EVA, PU, TPU and rb injection, cutting, sewing, lasting, finishing production line). For shoe accessories/assistant machine. We produce PVC sticker machine, printing machine, jacquard machine, weaving machine, knitting machine. We always take care of installation, operation and after-sale service for customers.
For footwears. We produce flyknitting upper, leather upper, PVC slipper upper, shoe lace, rubber sole, EVA+TPR sole, synthetic leather, insole boards, auto-buttons.
For moulds. We produce EVA, TPR, PU, TPU, rubber, PVC, tr moulds for slipper, sandal, sports shoe sole and motorcycle boots sole and so on.
For motorcycle boots/ garments. We have more than 15 years'experience in producing TPU heel, calf, shin, knee, knuckle, shoulder, elbow, slider, gear, ankle moulds and TPU goods production and metal parts like metal slider and some other metal parts. We have own TPU production line in our workshop. Our product have been sold to USA, Australia, Italy, UK, German and so on.
For chemical. We produce AC, PVC paste resin, epoxy resin, colour cream, pigment, EVA/PVC guranule and so on.
For shoe accessories. We produce weave belt. Welt, shoe lace, fabric, bukcle, micro leather, PVC/PU leather, zipper, flower, diamond, colour belt, film and so on.
For back pack. Our product has been sold to European countries. Like Italy, German, UK and so on. It has been satisfication with our valuable customers.
